FAQs
- Does GHOST charge for their services?
Never. Any expenses incurred by GHOST on an investigation are handled by the individual incurring the charges or by GHOST as a team. - Do you travel for Investigations?
Yes and no. Currently the GHOST team shares case duties between two states; Oregon and Nebraska. If you're located in one of these two states and need help, the team as a whole will decide the best course of action, which would include just how far we could travel without compromising the quality of the investigation. - What can I expect after I contact GHOST?
After you contact GHOST, a team member will look at your request and meet with a Lead Investigator about your request before contacting you. Once the investigator has been informed of your request you'll be contacted regarding the status of your request; whether it's been approved or denied. If approved you can expect the following, client/investigation methodology - Why was my request denied?
The main reason a request would be denied would strictly be a GHOST issue and not a client related issue. Denying an investigation is a hard thing for GHOST to do, but in some cases it's a unavoidable. One reason would be the geographical constraints currently in place for GHOST (you're too far away) or inadequate team resources. - What if my house is haunted?
If GHOST determines that your house has paranormal activity, a plan will be discussed by the GHOST team and then presented to you at the scheduled post-investigation meeting.
