The GHOST case manager handles all pre-investigation coordination with the client. Information will be gathered via the telephone or face-to-face, pertaining to the location and reported activity, to include availability of electrical connection for the required investigative equipment, location access, location isolation for the period of the investigation (to prevent human contamination of audio and video surveillance). All information will be kept confidential and not discussed outside the team.

The GHOST case manager will make contact with the client at the location of interest. A detailed logistical description of the activity and the location, i.e.; shadows in the living room, poltergeist activity in the kitchen, voices, smells or apparitions will be documented and used for the GHPI Team briefing and investigation. A tentative date for the investigation will be set with the client, with a definite date depending on team availability.

The GHOST investigation team will arrive at the agreed upon time and location and begin the equipment setup. The client understands that the GHOST investigation requires the residents of the location and any pets be absent from the investigation location until the GHOST team has concluded the investigation and removal of the equipment is completed. In such case that the residents and or pets cannot be relocated, the client understands that the GHOST team needs complete silence and distance between the client and the GHOST team in order to conduct a thorough and uninterrupted investigation.

The GHOST investigation team will review all of the evidence gathered from the investigation within in a reasonable time frame and contact the client to schedule a post investigation meeting to discuss GHOST's findings. The client understands that GHPI is providing their services free of charge and are not responsible for any expenses accrued by the GHOST team before, during or after the investigation.
